  • Strictly predictions game – Week 2 scores on the doors

As Sunday’s show came to a controversial close, an elimination that one of the StrictlyDB team still refuses to accept, we took time to reflect on how we did with our predictions. Little did we realise the controversy had only just begun…

Week 2 predictions

Last week we discussed our predictions for Saturday night and the elimination – and they looked like this:

So how did we do? Well the top of the Saturday night Leaderboard looked like this:

And the bottom of the Saturday night Leaderboard looked like this:

As for elimination… well we all got it wrong. Liv and James came close predicting Toyah but it was poor old Tom that got the sparkly shove, so they got zero points. Even though Tom positioned 10th out of 15 in the combined week 1 and 2 leaderboard, he still went home. Travesty.

When totalled up for the week, Steve scored 6 points, James 5, Liv 4 and Matt 2. And this is where the real controversy begins. Our wildcard Steve, a man who claims never to have seen an episode of the show, but was keen to pit his random uneducated wits against the uber-fans, currently sits atop the prediction game leaderboard. Another travesty.

Can this continue? Can the Strictly numpty beat the Strictly nerds? And how did you do? Did you do better than us (and more importantly better than Steve?).

Well it’s got us even more excited for week 3. Stay tuned folks as later in the week the team will be back to make their week 3 predictions – and hopefully – catch Steve (well maybe not Matt 😉 ). You better start thinking about your predictions too – it’s getting serious.
