Helen’s really grown on me – but this dance wasn’t her finest.
Really hoping it’s not the Samba kiss of death for Helen and Gorka as she’s had some outstanding performances in recent weeks. For Motsi it had the “feeling of a Samba” (we’re hoping this is an improvement on Ellie’s “taste of a Jive”) but for Craig it was the luggage trolley prop that “had more body action”. We did feel a bit worried during the trolleyography section and there’s little doubt Helen lacked some basic Samba style being too rigid and missing bounce…regrettably they could be in trouble here.
