To date Christmas Special Professionals have consisted of those that suffered an early elimination in that year’s Series or (even worse) hadn’t been partnered with a celebrity at all. Here we look back at previous Specials, to see whether a Christmas appearance led to bigger and better things the following year.

We crunch the numbers to find out which Female Pro (or Pros) has the greatest number of perfect scores, as well as high scores, and so deserves to be crowned Strictly’s very own Dancing Queen.

Every new professional dancer on Strictly wants to make a good early impression, and one of the easiest ways to do so is to receive a 10 from one (or more) of the judges. So which Pro took the fewest number of routines to receive their first ever 10?
